Nemoguardian sells digital GPU-credit top-ups and optional setup support. No physical goods are shipped, and no shipping fees apply.
GPU Credits
Unused GPU-credit balances may be refunded on request when they have not been reserved for provider capacity or spent on a completed compute run. Once credits are reserved for a GPU provider, the underlying provider cost may be non-refundable.
Failed Provisioning
If Nemoguardian reserves wallet credits and the configured provider fails before launching the requested GPU capacity, the reservation is returned to the local GPU-credit wallet automatically.
Setup Support
Optional setup or implementation support is quoted before payment. Work that has not started may be cancelled and refunded. Work that has already been delivered is generally not refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Subscriptions
If a deployment uses subscription plans, customers can cancel future renewals through the Stripe-hosted customer portal or by opening a support request. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund past usage or already delivered service periods.

Open a support request by emailing hermes777@agentmail.to or through GitHub Issues. Include the payment date, checkout email, and a short description of the issue. Do not post card numbers, private tokens, or secrets in public issues.
